These terms set out the conditions under which services are supplied, including project scope, fees, payment arrangements, revisions, intellectual property rights, confidentiality and other relevant obligations.
Acceptance of Terms
All work undertaken by CW DESIGN LTD is subject to the applicable Service Terms & Conditions agreed between CW DESIGN LTD and the client.
A written Scope of Work, Statement of Work or other project agreement will be provided for review and approval before work commences, where applicable.
Acceptance of the relevant project agreement constitutes acceptance of the Service Terms & Conditions incorporated into that agreement.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and other intellectual property rights in creative work, including concepts, designs, artwork, copy and proofs, remain with CW DESIGN LTD or the relevant rights holder until any agreed conditions for transfer or licensing have been satisfied, including payment of outstanding invoices where applicable.
