Elevating key webpages and website modules to enhance the user experience for Bancon Homes
The goal was to create a more immersive experience for website visitors on a chosen development page, help drive sales, and better showcase the properties to potential buyers.
Bubbly created a detailed brief highlighting the challenges with engagement on select pages of the Bancon Homes website — it was all about optimisation, not overhaul. In addition, it was important the overall design of the page sold the lifestyle element of the properties in this development, in a cost-effective and efficient way. We didn’t re-design the website or page templates, instead new on-brand modules were designed that could be inserted into the existing page — with a view to these possibly being added to other sections of the site too.
The same approach applied to the Developments page template on the site — re-working their ‘incentives and offers’ sections to better showcase these, and have these seamlessly insert into other pages of the site where relevant.
Working to the existing Bancon Homes Brand Guidelines, the results were designs that weren’t only on-brand and met the objectives, but enhanced the overall look and feel and created a more inspiring experience for site visitors.
I have also provided design work over the years for select Bancon Homes digital marketing campaigns with campaign identities and social media graphics, as well as recently creating the identity for Bancon Group’s 50 year celebration.
